What counts as a building?
A building is a single physical structure within your estate. If you manage a development with three separate blocks, that's three buildings. Sub-blocks within the same building (e.g., different entrances) are included at no extra cost.
What happens after the free trial?
After 45 days, your account enters read-only mode — you can still view everything, but new actions are paused until you add a payment method. No data is deleted.
Can I change the number of buildings later?
Yes. Your subscription adjusts automatically when you add or remove buildings. You're only charged for the buildings currently in your account.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. BlockGuardian is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time and your account will remain active until the end of the billing period.
